The Ficus Umbellata is a large rounded leaf plant with bright green leaves that get very large as they mature. A cousin to ficus lyrata,it has a thinner leaf than the Elastica and Lyrata and prefers an indoor position with morning sun or very bright dappled light. It grows up with an Umbrella like canopy of leaves. It is fast growing in warmer months and can reach several meters tall in the wild. Wait until the soil dries out before watering.
